1. Generally the following general trading conditions (AGB) apply to all future supplies and achievements. All offers are not-binding regarding price and quantity. The terms of payment and supply apply abroad the range of the Federal Republic of Germany and European. This AGB applies, as far as they are not waived by other laws and superordinate rules. In this case will only the direct paragraph invalid, the remainder of the AGB keep their validity.
2. Offers the offer covers without exception products and services (Workshops), which are specified on our web pages expressly.
3. Prices and payment those in the on-line Shop of prices specified apply for Appenweier in euro starting from kind & bonsai. The domestic invoice amounts are due within 14 days after the invoice date. With Workshops a vorauskasse of 50% of the Workshoppreises becomes due. The remainder is to be transferred to 14 days before Workshopbeginn. With limited number of participants the sequence of the receipt applies. With the exceeding of the date of payment interests at a value of two per cent over the bank-moderate expenses become due. Further supplies take place then only by cash on delivery or vorkasse. The invoice amounts for the European foreign country are to be paid after confirmation in advance.
4. Dispatch and packing for Germany the dispatch happen on calculation and danger of the orderer. For transportation and frost damages we are not liable.
The packing is implemented by us carefully and appropiately and cannot not be returned. The dispatch takes place in principle with the German post office AG (DHL).
The costs of an insured package (to 500 euro) depend on the weight of the transmission and the valid in each case prices of the German post office AG.

package of 10 kg - of 20 kg of 14.00 euro
5. Dispatch and packing for the European foreign country the dispatch happen by before paying. After an order the orderer receives a confirmation of order with data concerning forwarding expenses and banks account. As soon as the entire amount was transferred to dispatch to the account of kind and bonsai, Appenweier becomes the order by the German post office AG (DHL). For transportation and frost damages we are not liable. The packing is implemented by us carefully and appropiately and cannot not be returned. The costs of an insured package (to 500 euro) depend on the weight of the transmission and the valid in each case prices of the German post office AG. Evt. resulting customs duties, plant protection certifications or other external fees are to be paid separately.
6. We cannot dispatch minimum order value of orders under 30,00 economically. Such orders are therefore provided with a smaller quantity impact of 5,00 €.
7. Mass, weights and illustrations all sizes, dimensions and inhaltsangaben in our on-line Shop are only approximate and noncommittal. Deviations from the illustrations we reserve ourselves. This particularly applies with plant illustrations. The data of the dimensions takes place in centimeters. For the indication the width follows after the number ` b`, for the height ` h` and for the depth ` t`. The measure data are approximate data, which we determined after best knowledge and certain. Mass with bowls are always outside measured. With plants the height of the earth's surface up to the point is measured.
8. Supply & guarantee the forwarding of the legally effective orders take place as fast as possible within 7 working-days after receipt of the order. For late forwardings, which is to blame for through third or higher force, we do not take over adhesion. A ruecktrittsrecht of the order does not exist in such cases. A guarantee for on or far waxes of the plants is not taken over in principle.
9. Return of goods/resignation from Workshops general can be sent back goods within 4 weeks (with plants within one week), debited to the salesman. In this case the respective invoice amount is refunded within 14 days, and/or void. The articles must be intact and accordingly packed. Forwarding expenses of the salesman and the withdrawing buyer, go debited to the buyer and into calculation are accordingly placed. Please you send the articles only sufficiently franked at us back. In accordance with current iurisdiction you have to bear the resulting cost of the return as buyers - independent of the commodity value -. We refund back postage naturally with entitled complaints. Not sufficiently franked transmissions are not accepted by us. For special productions, which took place on customer's request, a return is impossible. Workshop registrations can be cancelled until 6 weeks before date by means of detailed reason. In this case also the pre-payment is returned. With resignation at a later time the rueckerstattung is in our discretion.
10. Notices of defect of lack are immediate after receipt of the commodity to ruegen, i.e. the notice of defects must have been mailed within five working-days with you. With objections on the part of the receiver, this is justified to send back the commodity within 4 weeks whereby the salesman carries the postage costs as far as the height of forwarding expenses. An equivalent repacking must take place.
11 Retention of title we reserve themselves the property at the goods up to the full payment, supplied by us. With cheques up to their redemption.
